Verify MIME types and size #52

Some downloads fail. Or more exactly, some files are refused to be served and IHG ++ downloads a HTML file instead.

IHG ++ should verify the MIME type and size of every downloaded file. If the check fails, a warning should be displayed in the download view. It implies a new status.
