Add Tests (better late than never right) #15

As a developer, I would like to have unit and integration test to make sure that the code works.

Closing this issue as won't fix since we will so a redesign of the software. The current software is just a Prof of concept (POC) to get development going. Now that we know a lot more we would like to design the software so that we can facilitate integration with other project.

For example:

Home assistant, nice to be able to get all the data into it and control everything from a computer or smart phone.
Grafana for graphing and data analysis.
Local food nodes for buying and selling local produce.
