Update (Rust) local variable names. #25

Looks like filesystem was copied from random and ml from scientific, keeping the same names. This doesn't functionally change anything, but (IMO) just looks a bit more consistent.

I'll admit I haven't done many cross-fork PRs. I'm not sure why the diff looks strange/opposite what I'd expect.
