Please add Hindi and Urdu language #459

I also want it to be added. It's main phonemizer (ESpeak NG) already has support for Hindostani (Hindi/Urdu).

Hi, @eelalzep Yes I think this can work but will require a lot of preprocessing, Is there any progress made on adding Hindi/Urdu to Piper? @synesthesiam how large the dataset should be?
