Add support for armv7 for whisper #9

I've seen the other issue https://github.com/rhasspy/wyoming-addons/issues/5 but has been closed.

I still only have an armv7 arch (odroid xu4), so can you add the armv7 support for whisper ?

Forget about it, I misread a message saying that whisper itself is not available on armv7
