Fix help messages #156

This is basically #137 with the changes requested by @frozencemetery from the stalled review:

Add missing -f/-F option in README.
Start first letter of help message with a capital letter and end with a period punctuation to make things consistent with other option messages.
Use two spaces after period punctuation before new sentence.
Correct some spelling mistakes.

Hello users here, my device is fabricated in 2019 and use to have UEFI/EFI support only! I cant install normally and Windows OS or some Linux distributions... because it says cant write bootloader EFI, all process for installation when finish shows error about EFI & maybe your device not reboot normally! Some OS says your installation not be saved, error bootloader writing.

Thanks for create this app >>efibootmgr<< but so much text to read, and 0 video explain about PARTITION.
