There are some minor not-updated/not-quite-correct errors in MokVars.txt
I have created a PR which I believe addresses them https://github.com/rhboot/shim/pull/598
EDIT: This PR omits the newer SBAT variables which should presumably be documented in MokVars.txt too - but I believe the changes in the PR are valid, stand-alone, and worth making as well as/before this.
