Support transliteration of Japanese Hiragana and Katakana #57

For Hiragana and Katakana scripts, support transliterating them.

There should be a way to specify how the characters are transliterated:

  1. phonetic -- use an accurate IPA transcription to transcribe the pronunciation, which results in phonemes being outputted; the voices phoneme map then handles pronunciation.
  2. Hepburn -- uses the Hepburn romaji to generate Latin (English) text pronunciations of the characters.
  3. Kunrei/ISO -- uses the ISO standard romaji (similar mapping to the Hepburn romaji)

etc.
