Update Android version to at least espeak 1.46.50 #49

Hello, In eSpeak 1.46.49 there is a problem with speaking single letter words. For example in slovak letters such as "k", "s", "z" can act as individual words depending on the context. With eSpeak 1.46.49 these letters are spelled out when these should be read as words. I think it may affect some other languages. This appears to be fixed in eSpeak 1.46.50. I have seen no mention about this however since I have noticed it eSpeak 1.46.50 was already released and android version was still at eSpeak 1.46.49 so I did not report it. Now after you have tagged new android release I see this as a critical issue. I have compiled 1.46.49 on a desktop and verified that was an upstream issue.

I have updated eSpeak for Android to 1.46.53 and pushed a release for it with just the upstream fixes.
