Video Queue problem?? #384

Video corruption.

at normal sizes, the video is good. but, if i make it full screen, the video is
fine 90-95 percent of the time, it seems to:

1:every once in a while it flashes a frame (or part thereof) that appeared like
a second ago
2:forget things: the moving parts of an image goes coloured-blocky. This
includes when the scene changes, and if the scene changes to someones face, it
looks like they have blended well into the background - the paint job on their
face is perfect, however, funny.

My full-screen resolution is 1920x1200 (DELL laptop). Video card is ATI HD3600.
Installation: K-Lite codec pack 10.00

I increased the "Maximum Queue Memory" on the LAV Splitter config to 512MB and
i only get the frame flashing now, so it must be related to that.

I intend on submitting another bug, it doesn't seem related, and occurs even if
video is normal size...
Charlie.

comments.

FIX.
THis is how to disable DXVA: Options, external filters, uncheck MPC DXVA Video
Decoder.
some instructions say internal filters but mine is in external.
