Fullscreen HEVC occasional stutter #398

Describe the issue you're having:

HEVC decoding in window mode flawless. However in fullscreen 2560x1440 
occasional momentary stutter is exhibited.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

Fullscreen playback of daa-x264fall-1080p.mkv

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

0.59.1 x64 LAV Video Filter with 0.59.1 x64 LAV Splitter using 

Media Player Classic - Home Cinema (64-bit)

Build information:
    Version:            1.7.0.7858 (a1ef5bd)
    Compiler:           MSVC 2012 Update 3
    Build date:         Sep 29 2013 16:19:08

Operating system:
    Name:               Windows NT 6.1 (build 7601, Service Pack 1)
    Version:            6.1 (64-bit)

Please provide any additional information below.

As stated jerkiness is only periodic and only in full screen. Queue memory 
increase to 512mb makes no difference.

No HW accel enabled, 21% peak cpu usage i7 2600k @ 3.4ghz, average 16% usage.

LAV only decodes, it does the same job in window or in fullscreen or without 
any screen. If in doubt, your system is too slow.

An i7 3.40ghz processor averaging 16% usage and 21% peak is too slow? This is a 
slight video skip of frames, perhaps it's a renderer, Haali, or MPC-HC issue, 
but I very much doubt that a system with this much processing power is too slow 
for a codec designed to be less processor hungry on decode than H264.
