LAV Audio: Surround Mix Level slider doesn't work #411

Version: 0.59.1
Input: ac3, 48000Hz, 5.1, 384 kb/s

Center Mix Level slider works as expected. Surround and LFE sliders don't do 
anything. And level is always 100%.

I just tested, and the LFE and surround sliders work as expected.
When moved to 0, no surround or LFE audio is being mixed into the stereo 
signal, and when slowly moving up, the audio re-appears.
