SW deinterlacing using 50p/60p #417

Describe the issue you're having:
If SW deinterlacing is used in 50p/60p mode the output framerate is 25/30fps. I 
would expect the media description to be modified to 50/60 fps so that the 
renderer will show these framerates in the statistics window.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
any PAL D1 720x576 interlaced video

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
0.60.1
