Allow uniq faker #23

This pr enables usage of faker.unique.[provider]

Hi, thanks for your second PR to this project :-)

I haven't been able to take a look into Faker's unique values, but this would be indeed a great feature to prevent duplicate entries on unique database columns. I will take a look into both of your PRs.
