session-recording-tlog missing an instruction in 01-step1 #464

After installing cockpit-session-recording and tlog in Step 1 it used to have instructions to run systemctl restart cockpit.socket but those instructions disappeared in the last day or two.

The lab requires that step to proceed with Step 2 or the tab will not show up once you login to the web console.

Closing this issue, it appears like this step is not required, the user just needs to refresh browser if they opened the web console prior to installing cockpit-session-recording.
