Missing line about module dependencies.

OnMyModuleEnable is duplicated. A normal version and a tagged version.

Dependencies is added (idk if i committed)

OnMyModuleEnable is duplicated on purpose.  It shows you can tag with Action: 
and block 
it from enabling.
