Write instructions for setting preparing the project. #67

There's a lot of defines and settings in various places. Write a step-by-step 
guide that mention settings that MUST be modified and places where you find 
optional settings.

They are all in project.inc.  At least ones that should be modified by the 
coder.  They can technically modify anything they want though

project.inc doesn't mention external scripts and the compile environment.

I don't mind writing this, I just added this as a reminder.
