Hi, I'm very interesting in your project and I tested this hack with my friend. I added infinity lifes for testing. So there are bugs, which we found (we tested it one year ago, dont know about new version).

Luigi doesn't have a collisions with grey platforms (flying, moving or stairs in castle)
Luigi can crash game in Bowser's room
Luigi appears in blocks and died immediately in world 2 castle (forgot room) PS. Can you add this hack to SMW - smb deluxe hack? So I guess there is no grey platforms and boss rooms and it will be playable fully. PSS. Can you set scrolling like a Chip & Dale on NES? I mean that one player is stoping scrolling when he near border.

Pretty much all of these are known bugs. Collision with sprites has to be manually coded for each individual sprite, which is a huge amount of work, so it's not done yet. The bowser crash is also expected, I think I use some "free" RAM that is actually used during that fight.

I would have sworn I fixed the bug with vertical-scrolling levels, i.e. the third room of the world 2 castle. Maybe I just didn't push my fixes, let me check.

Your scrolling suggestion is good; I'll look into it.

Great! Thank you for answer! When will you can fix collisions with grey platforms? It is annoying. I am hope that you will not forget this project, because it's hack's types is extremely rare. Only Duck Tales 2 (2nd player Darkwing Duck), Battle city (4 player mode) and P.O.W (2nd player) on NES. All these hacks made by Ti_.

Since 2014 there are no new patches, no new features, no bug fixes, do you want to finish the hack or you abandoned the project?

I can't contribute, I am a noob here, I want to know.. what someone need to learn to be able to create a rom like yours and complete it?

Of course it's not abandoned, I'm just a college student. The point of putting the source up on the internet like this is for other people to be able to keep it going while I can't. In order to do work on this project you need to know SNES assembly and have a good grasp of the innards of SMW.

But yes, in the future you should start a new issue/thread instead of hijacking someone else's.

I know this is totally unrelated but does anyone here have a link for the ips of the latest version of this hack? It would be nice to see what improvements have been made since the original release. By the way..... HAPPY NEW YEAR!
