'View console output' does not show NetBox ssh command output result

Required information!
OS version: Win7   SP?   x64
ConEmu version: 130427
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): ?3.0.3402 x64

*Bug description*
NetBox 2.1.29 (goes with the Far version)
If I connect to my remote computer using NetBox ssh (I do not know scp or sftp 
but I think it does not matter) and try to execute console command on the 
remote computer, NetBox open second ssh session, executes the commaand and 
shows its output in console (I can view it pressing FAR original Ctrl+O), but 
if I open ConEmu 'View console output' or 'Edit console output' I have not seen 
the command output, only previous non-NetBox commands are there.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Open Far in ConEmu
2. Open remote mashine folder using NetBox ssh connection, make the folder 
active
3. write 'ls' in command line, press 'Enter'
4. Press 'Ctrl+O' (if key macros are unchanged) - you can see result of ls.
5. Press 'F11' 'ConeEmu' 'View Console Output'. There is no ls output here.
