OS version: Win8.1 x64
ConEmu version: 141115 preview
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): 3.0.4040

*Bug description*
The ConEmu panel views plugin does not display correct app-distinct color 
palette overrides for thumbnails and tiles view

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Set different color palette override for far.exe
2. Load thumbnails or tiles view in one panel.
3. The panel is displayed with default colors not the app-distinct colors.
