Minimize on close last tab setting not remembered #1850

ConEmu version: 141208
The "Main > Task bar > Minimize on closing last tab" option is not remembered. 
After saving settings and reopening ConEmu it is checked again.

For startup a specified named {Git Bash} task is used with the contents:
Task parameters: /dir %USERPROFILE%/projects
Task command: "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Git\bin\sh.exe" --login -i

Screenshot of what? The Settings dialog with unchecked "Main > Task bar > 
Minimize on closing last tab"? :)

I have to add that a link to ConEmu is also added to the Startup folder

And there's also a checkbox in "Integration > Default Terminal > Register on OS 
startup"

I remember that I had some issues with ConEmu before adding that shortcut

At least - screenshot of that settings page. Better with ConEmuXml attached.

I've found that this happens only after PC restart
But it turned out that it is also rechecked after simple Logout/Login sequence

Your issue is not reproducible.

Do you use registry or ConEmuXml as settings storage?

When you register DefTerm for OS startup - the value "ConEmuDefaultTerminal" is 
created in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Run
So, for reproducing your issue there is no need to re-login or reboot. Just 
ensure that  all ConEmu.exe and ConEmu64.exe are terminated and there is no 
ConEmu icons in TSA.
After that just run from Win+R the command from registry.
How about that?
