ConEmu needs ability to disable "default terminal" feature #1858

OS version: Windows 8.1 x64
ConEmu version: 141221

*Bug description*
The new default terminal feature is causing numerous issues for me in a build
environment I'm working with. I'll write up a separate bug to cover the
specifics of that so there's no confusion.

There doesn't appear to be any way to actually turn off the "default terminal"
functionality for those of us that don't want to use it or are having troubles
with it. There should be the ability in ConEmu to disable this feature either
through the UI or in the .xml file.

BadIssue.
There IS that ability.
Moreover, I'm not sure what are you meaning with "Default terminal" ability
because your ConEmuXml attached to the next issue does not has this option
enabled.

1 Win+R
2 Type "cmd -new_console:z"
3 Press enter

New cmd started and attached to ConEmu (version 150224a)

@sam.hasler

I'm aware about that weird thing. However, it's not working only in some cases.
And I have not find exact conditions yet.

I mean, when I run "cmd -new_console:z" from Win+R - it uses standard Windows
console, and just "cmd" is started in ConEmu.
