white lines between codel lines #56

a good plugin for wordpress, but it adds separation lines between each 
line of code. I dont understand where this additional space is coming 
from. It makes the green line to the gutter discontinue and looks foolish. 
Is this a known issue? do you experience the same?

I had exactly the same problem with Wordpress. It was easy to fix by modifying 
the
CSS file for wp and syntaxhighlighter.

I've tryed the solution proposed in

but
it didn't work. I have changed the SyntaxHighLighter CSS as as mentioned but it 
did
nothing. I still have a blank line after each line code.

It seems the javascript is what makes some extra white lines
