Both ovirt-engine-remote-dwh & ovirt-engine-remote-db roles require postgres installation Check if we can do some re-use to avoid code (& maintenance) duplication

@nellyc Would you suggest moving roles/ovirt-engine-remote-dwh/install-postgresql to a different location? IMO, it would have most of the things required for the postgresql installation
