test-upgrade-4.1-to-master.yml is not testing upgrade #160

In the test we don't replace the 4.1 repos to 4.2 repos, this upgrade in never done. I 'll open issue here to raise awareness but since there role is going to be moved here https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-ansible-engine-setup, I will post fix only there.
