No contact form in IE7. #38

Version of SimpleModal of SMCF (indicate Demo or WordPress plugin)? DEMO

Version of jQuery? jquery-1.4.2

Browser/OS you are experiencing the problem with? IE7

If applicable, please provide a code snippet or link to a website
demonstrating the problem.  http://www.monatau.com/buriednuts

If you go to http://www.monatau.com/buriednuts, at the top of the page
there is a black "e-mail me" icon.  Click it to popup the SMCF form.
The dark SMCF background shows fine but where is the modal contact form?
There are no javascript errors either.  I am puzzled!!!  Works fine in
Firefox,Chrome,Safari...  I don't care about ie6 but too many people 
use ie7.
