In real life situations, a typical fast typist would probably have a typing habit in terms of having upper/non-upper cases, and it is unlikely that one would type in 2 duplicated tags with different typing style. Team has decided that tags will be treated as the same and does not produce duplicate tags ONLY if they matched, case-sensitive, e.g. owesMoney and owesMoney, so the tag feature only set to address reading errors when users repeated a tag with same typing style. Team finds it unnecessary to implement sophisticated checks to differentiate similar/duplicated tags.

Tags are treated as case insensitive in the commands, can add multiple tags with different cases
