Feed links broken in #r61 when subdomains disabled #101

feeds.html in common/templates is using {{ request.path }} but in this case 
that only works properly 
when subdomains are disabled (settings.SUBDOMAINS_ENABLED = False).

When subdomains are enabled, request.path is generally "/" on overview pages 
which renders the 
complete path to be "//atom" and "//rss".
