Friendly error message when following links to private and therefore inaccessible posts #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log out from Jaiku
2. http://alundbergh.jaiku.com/presence/a96c9a8d5825470a8a6c62034784c35b
3. "Operation not allowed"

Perhaps the message could be something like "This post has been made
private by [user]. To ask for permission to read this post, you can [log
in] and send [user] a friend request."
