2nd Screen connected, detected, configured but still no outout

Actually it s rpoerted as xxx 26". I have connected a 32" Blaupunkt Led tv. Tried display application to change resulutions etc. But no luck.

Learnt how to configure the 2nd screen command line functionality in Rhino.
