@Elsie19 @ajstrongdev should we have a flag to call the auto-remove version of the command before merging this?

An alternative idea I have is to keep auto-remove on for PROMPTLESS, but have it off for normal. The one place where this would still cause issues is rhino-system.

I think that would be one of the better options.
