Sanity checks before starting upgrade #15

We should check to be sure that the packages listed in package.list all exist, and bail out if they don't.

This would help with e.g. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=989263 where the packages are all missing because the user did weirdo mount junk.
