Old fedup vs. new upgrade.img (and vice-versa) #37

There've been some significant changes to the way that fedup and fedup-dracut start the upgrade. Specifically we've switched to using a generator to start the upgrade rather than boot args, as per issue #24 - see commit 72d947a and b443c0d, and wgwoods/fedup-dracut@b8cc454.

It seems like there might be problems using 0.8.0 fedup with older upgrade.img (see e.g. #35), but they should be compatible.

Need to investigate this and check whether it's actually a new problem or just some other problem manifesting, e.g.:

My testing indicates that this all works as expected, so it was probably one of the other bugs. Whee!
