Adapt rootpw tests to crypt module removal in Python 3.13 #1219

Anaconda code is adapted in commit 1c4d063d4c530e5f76c7ee0ff33d95752b842f52

Following https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/5628

Note: There was also an option to run the python script in --nochroot where the library should be available, but then we are facing the problem that there is no /usr/env/python3 on rhel8 platform. Or any common binary to call in the script AFAIK.
