Spanish translation #2

Hello.

I made a little change in the "insert" menu and added the latest changes in the pad.json file, but, I'm not sure how do you want me to put in the commit message.

This is a very international translation, but mostly for Latin American not Spain. How do you prefer the commit message for this translation?

"Added Latin American Spanish Translation" ?

"Added LA Spanish Translation" ?
