Corrected french translation #52

There was a missing comma in fr/preferences.json. This pull request corrects this and add french in /locales.json. I also updated authors.md and readme.md

I would be very happy to do that but I'm very new to git/github and I never heard of these "merge bubbles" before...

Could you provide me some guidance about what I should do?
