UI too tiny on HiDPI display on Ubuntu 16.04/KDE Neon #616

I'm old. I have tired eyes. But I have a shiny new HiDPI monitor.

I cannot see the display from haroopad-0.13.1-x64.deb. It would need to be at least twice as big on my display to be the same size as my UI widgets. My X11 server is configured as having 175x175 dots per inch (sorry X11 is not actually metric).
