Ability to have watch-only addresses #137

I would love to see something like adding Watch-Only addresses: imagine keeping 
an eye on your main/savings Bitcoin address but without actually having private 
key imported into the mobile application.

Sure, I'd like to see that, too. However, I think it makes sense only for whole 
wallets rather than individual addresses. Hence, a pre-requisite would be 
multi-wallet support.

Now we have HD wallets, we're planning to add setting up an entire wallet as 
read-only by setting up with the public master key.
