Export/backup files aren't being created in Download/ #161

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "Backup Keys"
2. Enter a password
3. Check "Download" folder from desktop where phone is mounted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No new file is created in the download folder. I would expect to see Backups

What version of Bitcoin Wallet are you using? On what Android version and
what phone? Don't just state 'most recent', this is not enough info.

Using 2.4 on a Galaxy Nexus running Android 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

This phone does not have a sd card, though the export path shows it. Is there
some other place I should be looking for the created files?

Thanks,

Hrm, I'm calling false alarm. I can see the file in my Phone's file browser,
just not in my Mac's Android File browser. Unless it's an odd permissions
thing it's a problem on my end.

Thanks for the status update. If you find out how to display the file on Mac,
let me know and I add something to the readme.

No prob. I thought it might be the lack of an extension (giving it .txt made
it available to more applications on my android phone in the filebrowser's
context menu, which was a plus), but that didn't do it either. It might be a
root vs. not-root write/permissions thing on my rooted/cyanogenmod phone, which
is definitely out of scope and not-your-problem. :)

Thanks for a great app,
