What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Send a payment to any address
2.Send a payment of any value
3.scan QR and send payment of any value to any address

What is the expected output? I would expect after some time that the payment 
would send.

What do you see instead?  This payment has not been transmitted yet

What version of Bitcoin Wallet are you using? Version 3.28 on a Samsung Note 2 
Model SCH- 1605 Android version 4.1.2 Baseband version I605VRAMC3 Kernel 
3.0.31-1098177 Build JZ054K.I605VRAMC3 Hardware Version I605.06 

Cell carrier is Verizon

It occurred after GYFT was installed on the phone but I was able to perform a 
handful of purchases before it failed.

I have cleared the blockchain and still nothing.  I have run a restore of the 
keys and still nothing.

Can you send me a dump of your wallet? Its Options > Settings > Report issue 
and make sure to tick "Wallet dump". In the generated email, please refer to
