Fix code for facebook API

Bob needs to be fixed. Facebook changed their API and broke our bot. The changes were small.

Here are my suggestions on what to do:

But they code given by him won't work now, for that look for recently updated github code which uses Flask(we'll use flask since that is very easy to use and light weight) (Use this link for searching: https://github.com/search?l=Python&o=desc&q=facebook+chatbot&s=updated&type=Repositories)
Make a simple hello world output from Bob first, and then work on joining the rest of the data modules
I'll give you access to the heroku account once you are all setup, until then test locally (check if the JSON output is coming as it should)
