Update readme and logo #9

Currently, the logo file is taken from: https://github.com/pro-panda/bob-the-bot/blob/update_logo/db/BOBFiles/boblogo.png after merging the request this needs to be changed to: https://github.com/pro-panda/bob-the-bot/blob/master/db/BOBFiles/boblogo.png before deleting this branch
