Added backup client helper script to aid backup and restore operations on client binaries.

Testing
Tested that both backup and restore commands work properly in my instance. Backed up current (latest) versions and restored the binaries since there are no new versions, then verified that the binaries were replaced and work as expected.
The script should work as expected once new versions are released for the clients
