Added Theme Section & a Readme file (closes #8 and closes #11)

8 Good job on the readme. :cake: (https://github.com/FlameFractal/breeze-website). This is ready to be merged.
Regarding #11, since it's a single page app you should make a section in index.html and add it to the menu as well and delete theme.html. Also, you are loading it as http://www.youtube.com/embed/iu-hWvVapbM?autoplay=1 but you should instead use //www.youtube.com/embed/iu-hWvVapbM?autoplay=1, since if it is loaded in HTTPS it returns a Mixed Content error. Also, due to this I was unable to test the autoplay part.

@FlameFractal I've added theme.html as a section and opened a new ticket #22 for the improvements that need to be made to it.
