Going through the entire document and making changes wherever i notice something that needs to be changed

Big things:

Fixed issues where changes had been made previously but are now back to the original
Went through open issues and fixed a majority of them
Updated terms to use abbreviations where applicable
Fixed capitalization of terms were necessary
Fixed spelling and grammar issues where I saw them
Updated voting language to use updated terms
Fixed broken references

This also addresses a lot more of the open issues, but github only lets me link a maximum of 10 issues. Once this gets merged, I will go through the open issues and close the ones that were resolved here.
