Can not find latebindingsymboltable.h.def

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Followed all the build steps in the README
2. Error occurs when executing hammer.sh

Using the latest libjingle from svn (http://libjingle.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/)
on Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Can not find the .def files in the directory. How are these generated?
