Current Tesla auth method is deprecated #23

Tesla has deprecated and disabled the auth endpoint that this project is currently using. Updated docs can be found here: https://tesla-api.timdorr.com/api-basics/authentication

@natewalck I have pushed a new version v3.0.1b that addresses this issue, please see documentation for changes and how to update.
