my shapes on in chrome #100

Chrome appears to be turning all shapes under the My Shapes tab on whenever a 
user revisits the site.  Tried clearing the cache, but this didn't solve the 
problem.  

This might be a marinemap ticket, but leaving here for now until we're verified 
there's not an easy fix.
