Add staff members to chinook db #25

Transfer relevant staff members from northcoast db to chinook db.
I'm not sure whether other tables will need to be included in this transfer or 
not.

moved omm staff related entries from auth_user table from narwhal db over to 
chinook (table dump and restore).  
all relevant staff members should be able to log in to chinook now.
