They are evolving so consider high-level design additions that are useful for 
all of them.  Header, map candy, etc.

I'll give the reports a review and make some small changes to this before 1.3, 
assuming 1.3 is right before year-end.

Ideally, the styling for printed outputs would work with some default templates 
provided by lingcod so they don't have to be created from scratch for projects. 
We're thinking about getting Matt McClintock to work on that, along with a 
revamp to the MM Consortium website so there is a consistent feel between 
supplemental pages coming out of the DSS and that site. All depends on funding 
outlook though. Should have a better sense in a couple weeks.

Anyhow, I'll take a look before 1.3.

These look nice as they are currently, and I'm not going to get a chance to 
work on this during the current milestones.
